Das Hotel ist sehr persönlich geführt. Das große Restaurant und der Gartenbeeich wirken einladend. Das Zimmer war komfortabel und gemütlich. Im zweiten Stock gelegen, ist es etwas umständlich ohne Aufzug hinaufzusteigen. Leider schallt etwas zu laut Straßenlärm hinauf. Frühstück war lecker und zudem ausreichend.

mooie foto's op de site, dus het zag er allemaal veelbelovend uit. We kwamen rond 10h al even langs na een lange rit met kleine kinderen om de koffers al af te zetten, evt. een kort toiletbezoek en om al eventjes de sfeer op te snuiven. De receptie is blijkbaar open van 7-22h.. We werden echter weggestuurd, omdat ze pas om 15h opengaan.!? Gebeld naar het nummer vanop de parking, geen antwoord. We zijn dan maar verdergereden. 's Avonds laat veel excuses van de uitbaatster, "de mevrouw had ons niet goed begrepen" (ze spreekt zeer goed Nederlands bleek achteraf), ze vraagt of we een ontbijtje wensen: ok, prima, bedankt. De kamer zelf was max. ok: je ziet de goede bedoelingen wel, maar het is allemaal niet echt afgewerkt, de badkamer is echt onvoldoende geventileerd, er zit niet voldoende druk op de leidingen, enz. Het geeft allemaal een wat slordige indruk. Een paar voorbeelden: een open stanley-mes bleef blijkbaar achter op de kleerkast, binnen handbereik van de kinderen op het bovenste stapelbed, waar ze ook met de handjes aan blootliggende kabels kunnen. Als je het stopcontact aan het bed wil gebruiken, heb je geen licht vd staande lamp, en ook al de daarmee verbonden stopcontacten liggen af..

Prima hotel voor in de binnenstad van Zutendaal. Volledig en smakelijk ontbijt. Over de hotelkamer hadden we wat kleine suggesties. Helaas was zowel het in- en uitchecken een beetje gehaast (druk met de brasserie?) en konden we dit niet aangeven.
