In Ubud, I the food was terrible. There was only one place to eat and it was very very ordinary. Breakfast was ordinary and always cold. The wifi dropped in and out. The shuttle to get to the street was inconvenient. The area, including Ubud was filled with fumes. I noticed many bike riders were wearing masks. We stayed in a Villa with own pool. It was just lovely. So worth the extra to have your own pool. Design of our villa was fabulous. We were quite happy to stay in our villa rather than to brave outside.
