Very nice hotel. The wifi is terrible. If you need to send emails or would like to stream anything then I would consider another hotel. Asked a few times about wifi but staff said that they could not improve it.

Class A from beginning to end, some people like Antonino & Francesco I now consider as friends not just some people we met. There knowledge recommendations were second to none.
The people really make the difference, the restaurant is excellent.

From the moment we arrived, we received the highest level of customer service. If you're thinking of where to stay in Naples, look no further! Make the reservation, and I promise, you will not be disappointed. Everything about the Grand Hotel Parkers exceeded our expectations. Absolutely one of my favorite places in the world to stay! The service was impeccable, the room and views - breathtaking and relaxing, and the food was delicious. Everyone we interacted with was so kind. I look forward to returning. Truly a dream come true. Thank you!
