Good overall. This was a beautiful hotel

The room is very spacious but everything is old and sink was stuck. Sometime you get no hot water or even no water at all. The hot water was dirty and yellowish looking

The loby refreshment brings comfort and energy at the right time where you need it the most, the staff was really good specially Noor at the front guest desk.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the location was quiet and beautiful. Nothing too fancy—just classy, modern/but everything worked well and made for a comfortable experience. Would consider staying again!

The hotel smells amzing all the time. The staff were so friendly and attentive and the food was good. The location is si central, we would defo stay here again

As a family of 4 we really enjoyed our stay, the whole experience was amazing. We didn’t want to come home. You don’t have to go out of the hotel plenty of bars, restaurants to choose from and plenty of sunbathing ares and pools to move about to daily could not fault this hotel stay was perfect from start to finish truly was an amazing experience and looking fitted will be back.

The hotel is very well maintained and the staff are all very friendly and supportive. Clean, great access to pool and beach and transportation to multiple beach clubs all from the hotel provided. We were on our honeymoon and we had VIP access booked, but we did not receive any of these benefits and we asked the reception for any sort of upgrades for honeymoon, we unfortunately didn’t get any room upgrades. Besides that, the overall experience was incredible and we had a great time at the hotel. Definitely recommend for anyone going there!

I really enjoyed this place they have so much on site for adults & children. The gym was good, with new equipment. The buggies were great to take you round the resort. The food was lovely & fresh. I had a really great experience , I had a lovely suite & the staff were very helpful to me also.
