The room was great, hotel staff were fine.
Very disappointed with the restaurant on the 8th floor, did have the drinks they adverted on the menu.
Next day we want to the main restaurant around 6pm ish. We were taken to our seats. Then a few minutes later the waitress came over and said that they are not open today and told us to go to the 8th floor. One question is why did they sit us down and why didn’t they have a sign saying they are closed.
There are only few restaurants close to this hotel, not much of a choice for eating out.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with good options. Staff were friendly especially our server Hussein who was very helpful and assisted our kids with quick service and professionalism. Front desk including Adam and Ali were also very curteous and peofessional. Hotel was clean and close to major attractions by walking. Would stay there again if we visit istanbul
