Overview

I would like to encourage travellers and locals to get out into nature and enjoy a yoga practice where we all can feel the fresh breeze and the spectacular ocean view. This is a very unique experience due to the fresh air, contact with the sand and spectacular breath taken ocean view while listening the birds surrounding us. Pure contact with nature which is just a natural recharge of energy. We end with 10 mins. Of Sound bath.
Other days, time or locations are available upon request. See you on the mat.

Activity itinerary

Come and meet us at a hidden spot on Eagle Beach. Eagle Beach has been ranked #2 in the world. I provide a unique yoga experience with the best yoga studio as a backdrop, the beach with soft white sand, and a view of the ocean. Pure Nature! Imagine this: you see different shades of blue, feel the soft white sand, feel the trade winds go by, and watch the pelicans and seagulls fly while you practice your yoga poses. All levels are welcome. I developed my own series, named Fusion Yoga, it is a combination of different styles of yoga in one practice, that suits every level with variations for everyone. Indulge yourself into a Sound Swimming for the last 10 mins. Please see our calendar for the hours and days available for each practice. Other days, times, or different locations may be arranged on request as a private class or depending on the amount of yogis. One thing that sets this experience apart from the rest is that no yoga studio offers yoga practice on the beach. A small group of participants. Gladys was very welcoming and helpful!! My mom and I are not super experienced yogi’s so it was very appreciated when Gladys took the time to help us in positions and tweak our form. It was so relaxing and I my abs were even sore the next day! She definitely helped us work muscles that we hadn’t in a long time.

First time not only in Aruba, but first time doing Yoga! Instructor was helpful, put my mind at peace, and made me feel comfortable. Just some FYI's, the Yoga is done in the shade, which felt cool! Arrive 5 mins early if not definitely on time! The instructor requires you to be punctual (was not an issue for me) ! It is right on the beach & it's a great way to connect with yourself and Aruba before you start the day! Highly Recommend ☀️
