Day 1: Hike through the Cocora Valley to the National Park

  • Accommodation: accommodation at traditional farm (3,600 metres high).
Los Nevados National Park

El primer día nos reuniremos entre las 5:00 a.m y las 5:30 a.m. at our office, then we have breakfast, after that we go to the Cocora Valley by car. We will begin the walk with our bilingual guide accredited by the Los Nevados National Park (19 km), we will immerse ourselves in the Romerales moor (3,600 metres high) and we will end the day at a traditional farm where we will spend the night.
Day 2: Hike to Cerro Chispas (4.400 metres)

  • Accommodation: accommodation at traditional farm (3,550 metres high).
Los Nevados National Park

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, we will begin the walk to the pick of the Cerro Chispas. Our certified guide will present a guided throught the páramo ecosystem, Then we will begin the ascent to the Chispas peak (4,400 metres) arriving at the summit we will have a well-deserved lunch and finally we will begin the walk to the farm, 15 Km in total.
Day 3: Return to the Cocora Valley - Salento

Valle del Cocora

We begin our return to Cocora along a different path than the one we ascended, we will walk 11 Km, throug the Andean forest to get the valley, it will take around 5 hours.
