The meeting point is directly between two large ornamental lamp posts. If you look through the railings into the grounds of the City hall, you will see a large statue of Queen Victoria. Across the road, there are shops and a Nationwide Building Society. If you cannot see the guide or meeting point, you may be at the back of the City Hall as some satellite location devices misdirect people there.
