What you can expect

Sail just a few miles off the southwest coast of Antigua to the popular Cades Reef, home to a variety of sea life like nurse sharks, rays, and lobsters. Go snorkelling to explore the vibrant coral reef and enjoy lunch, relax on a beach, and then sip drinks from an open bar as you sail back to port.

After a ride from your hotel, leave the coast behind as you cruise to the 2-mile (3-km) long habitat of Cades Reef. Jump into the pristine water at 80 degrees Fahrenheit (26 C) with visibility up to 140 feet (42.6 m). Watch for spiny lobsters, conch, parrotfish, moral eels, eagle rays, and barracuda swimming along the coral reef and spot a reef shark or nurse shark finding shelter in the coral overhangs.

After your delightful snorkelling adventure, head back to the boat for an authentic Caribbean lunch. Next, anchor at a secluded bay where you have time to swim in the pristine water or soak up the sun as you lounge on the beach. Then climb on the boat, sip a drink from the open bar, and move to the music as the boat sails back to port before a convenient ride back to your hotel.

Not worth the price. Crowded. Ate on the boat, not a beach. All staff were friendly and did their jobs well. This was a party boat, very crowded. Would not book again or recommend to anyone, except maybe a college spring breaker.

If you are an experienced snorkeler you will be disappointed. Large floatation belts are required and you will be strictly required to stay with the very large group of snorkelers, so expect to get kicked in the face a few times. This is a large, packed party boat. If that if what you are seeking you should have fun. If you are looking for great snorkeling and a delicious beach lunch, there are terrific options elsewhere! The lunch is served on the boat, eat from your lap. The crew was professional and friendly.
