We start with the pick up at your respective hotel in Cusco and then be transferred to our facilities where all the preparation instructions will be given.
Then we will visit the largest and most famous market in Cusco the San Pedro market or the traditional market of San Blas area to buy all the ingredients of the local preparation and where we will also have a guided tour.
We will return to the facilities to begin the preparation of the typical dishes of the region.
After the preparation we will go to the tasting 4 times.
