After a 1.5 hour pleasant drive in an air-conditioned minivan, you will reach Tossa de Mar, located in the heart of Costa Brava. Get ready and start hiking across the famous Camí de Ronda coastline path. This trail connects all Costa Brava towns from north to south. Camí de Ronda will bring you to areas of great natural beauty. Enjoy unique views of the beautiful Mediterranean sea, breathtaking cliffs hanging over the sea and small hidden coves, where you have free time to swim in its transparent waters and sunbath. Fragrances from pine trees, rosemary and thyme will follow you along the way. The Camí de Ronda will bring you back to Tossa de Mar where you will enjoy some free time to have lunch. A traditional local restaurant can be booked for you.
After lunch, you have the chance to visit Tossa de Mar, an ancient fishermen’s village with important historical background. Walk around the emblematic Vila Vella, also known as the old town, the sole remaining fortified medieval town on the Catalan coast dating from the 11th century. Behind the impressive city walls and defensive towers, you will find a labyrinth of narrow streets and alleys surrounded by beautiful white houses that give the town a true Mediterranean atmosphere.
