It was a top attraction of Aruba, following the kilometers-long, snow-white sandy beaches, and drew in over 1 million tourists annually. Unfortunately, after millions of years of erosion from strong trade winds and pounding ocean waters, the bridge collapsed on the night of September 2, 2005. Nearby, you can find the remains of the smaller, still intact natural bridge, Baby Natural Bridge.
