What you can expect

Set sail from La Spezia or Porto Venere, and check out the islands of Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto along the way. Check out Lord Byron's cave, and go swimming in the bay of Monesteroli. Marvel at the Ligurian houses of Vernazza and explore the streets here. Snorkel in the sea and head back to the port.

Hop aboard the boat to depart from La Spezia or Porto Venere, and admire the beautiful pastel-colored houses along the way. Sail past some islands, including Palmaria, Tino, and Tinetto. Then, head north and sail around St Peter's Church and see Lord Byron's Cave, a rocky cove named after the poet.

Next, see the huge, rocky cliffs along the coast and stop for a swim in the bay of Monesteroli, a small fishing village that is only accessible by a thousand steps. Afterwards, hop back on the boat and gaze at Rioimaggiore, a beautiful and ancient fishing village famous for tower houses.

Following this, pass by Manarola and Corniglia, and stop in Vernazza, a fishing village surrounded by olive groves. Spend about 45 minutes exploring the streets and taking photos of the colourful houses. Then, get back on the boat and stop off the coast of Monterosso for a swim, or go snorkelling.

Finally, return back to the starting point, and admire the incredible scenery along the way.
