Take your time to explore the "Ladies' Castle," renowned for its fascinating history tied to prominent French women such as Catherine de Medici. Admire the castle's stunning architecture and its unique arches spanning the River Cher, perfect for capturing breathtaking photos. Enjoy the serene atmosphere as you stroll around the castle and its picturesque gardens. 12:15 PM: Departure from Château de Chenonceau to the charming town of Amboise for a lunch break. This remarkable château, protected as a monument historique since 1840, is now open to the public. Notably, in 1559, Catherine de Medici forced Diane de Poitiers to exchange Château de Chenonceau for Chaumont, where Diane spent the last three years of her life. Take time to explore the castle’s stunning architecture and its enchanting grounds. 3:30 PM: Departure from Château de Chaumont, heading to the historic city of Blois. The drive takes approximately 20 minutes.

Joan of Arc visited the castle in 1429 to receive a blessing from the Archbishop of Reims before leading her army into battle against the English. The château features four distinct architectural styles and boasts an impressive 564 rooms, 100 of which are bedrooms with fireplaces, along with 75 staircases. Explore its rich history and stunning design during your visit. 5:30 PM: Departure from Blois, heading back to Paris. The drive, approximately 180 km on the highway, includes a planned stop at a rest area for your comfort.
