Overview

The first geographical indication of bread in Europe was Cea bread. It is made exactly the same as in the SXIII. We want to bring our baking culture, history, roots closer to the visitor and share with them, in an interactive way, our way of making it. From a sustainable workshop, with a unique smoke recycling system.
