Meet at the cooking school in the centre of Rome. Put on your kitchen apron, then follow step-by-step instructions from chefs to make ravioli, tortellini, and fettuccine in different shapes using eggs and flour. Perfect your use of a rolling pin and pasta cutter.
Next, find out all the steps to prepare sauces, including “Pommarola” (tomato sauce). The tomato sauce is prepared beforehand as it has to cook for 2 hours, while the sauce of butter and sage for ravioli and tortellini will be prepared by the chef in front of you.
Finally, sit down at the table with your group, and try the pasta you made, together with the delicious sauces.
