Holiday Periods: Golden Week: April 26th – May 6th Obon Festival: August 8th – August 18th If the steam train is unavailable due to severe weather (typhoons, heavy rain) or Japanese holidays, tickets cannot be purchased, and the tour will be redirected to Takachiho Shrine instead.
