Know before you book
- Public transport options are available nearby
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- Travellers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
- No children under the age of 12 will be admitted to The National Aquarium unless they are accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or above.
- Kids must be above 1 years old to participate in the activity, Children below 3 free of charge
- Not applicable for people of determinations and not applicable for pregnant guests
- Guests must be able to ascend and descend stairs to access the boat area
- All Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, not for resale and will become automatically void on any transfer for value.
- Adherence with the Health & Safety signage posted around the premises will insure your wellbeing.
- Guests must be dressed appropriately at all times whilst at The National Aquarium – this includes wearing a top and shoes. If guests are wearing clothing that is indecent or likely to cause offence in any way, they will not be permitted entry.
- Tampering with fire alarm system and/or any life support system is not allowed and will result in fines and penalties. The only transport devices which are permitted within The National Aquarium are wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
- Unnecessary noise (such as that from the use of radio sets and other electrical equipment), or any behaviour likely to cause annoyance to other guests or confusion of any kind is not permitted in any part of The National Aquarium.
- Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited in The National Aquarium
- Smoking (including of e-cigarettes) is strictly prohibited inside and in premises owned and/or operated by The National Aquarium.
- All items, belongings and other property brought onto the premises by guests shall be at such guest's own risk and The National Aquarium accepts no liability for the loss or damage to such property.
