Know before you book

  • All drivers must bring a valid driving licence, passport and any other supporting documents required to drive in Japan with you on the day of your tour (All must be original (Physical). Digital versions are not accepted by law.)
  • Guests arriving without the required documents will not be able to ride, or get any refund
  • Participants will need an International Driving Permit issued compliant to the 1949 Geneva Convention format to drive in Japan.
  • Participants with licences issued from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium or Monaco are required to obtain a Japanese Translation of their licence by the Japan Car Federation (JAF).
  • Those with a licence from certain countries cannot participate, including Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Belarus, Oman, Mongolia, Mexico, Russia, Columbia, Qatar, Kuwait, Brazil.
  • Participants must be aged 18 or older and 145–184 cm tall
  • Each go kart is for a single driver, no 2-person karts or child seats are available
  • The product is a pre-booking. It may be cancelled by the host due to reaching maximum capacity or system malfunctions at the facility. In case of cancellation, we will contact you separately from the email address experiences-travel-guest-jp@faq.rakuten.co.jp.

Go-kart around Tokyo Bay at the speed of fun, while dressed as your favourite character — and be ready to pose for surprised tourists along the way!

Bring a local or international driving licence, then have a short introduction to go-kart operation, and the route that your guide will be leading you on. Next, go ahead and pick out a costume at no additional charge! Choose from a variety of costumes, even one of the Minions! For about 1.5–2 hours, you will become the centre of attention as you make your dramatic appearance on the streets of city centre Tokyo!

How can you say you had a superhero go-karting experience without dressing up! We have all the costumes you can think of to make this a truly great experience. For all of you superhero fans, don't worry, we have them all too! We do not provide costumes of Mario characters.
