Experience Vietnamese Cooking Class and Cruise on Han River by Night Tour programme: 2:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Our tour begins with a visit of a market near Da Nang. This is the perfect occasion to discover exotic products and their use in Vietnamese cooking. By joining this tour you have chance to deal with the local sellers and know all ingredients for the meals. After that we will come back to local family, we have a welcome drink and join the cooking class. Back to the kitchen for a cooking class with a local chef, you’ll learn how to make several different dishes, before sitting down and enjoying your meal together. You will cook 6 traditional Vietnamese dishes from south/middle/north Vietnam: Green Papaya Salad Vietnamese-style fish Rice Pancake Fried Spring Roll Stir Fried Garlic with Water Spinach Banana Cake Vegetarian menu available on request! At 8:00 pm we take the cruise ship goes along the river and come with Champa dancing to see dragon bridge’s fire and water show on Friday, Saturday or national holidays, admire the colourful lights on city, sparkling bridges, one of the best ways  to enjoy the scenery along the Han river. End tour and transfer back to your hotel.
