My husband and I try to go ziplining everywhere we go. Even out of the country. This was a fun experience to say that we got to zipline right by Niagra Falls. It is super quick and it is only one run, so don't have too many high hopes. Obviously a perk is being able to say you go to see Niagra Falls from a zipline perspective. It is definitely an expensive treat, and some people may say it isn't worth it, but it is great to be able to say that. The earlier you go, the less busy it is. Just be prepared. 3 people go at a time whether you know them or not sometimes.

Very well staffed the staff was friendly and attentive to any issues of guest. Being in off season was a hugh issue plus as lines were non existent

The overall experience was good and the zipline was fun. My only complaint was the lack of photo opportunity. They do record video but if I had known we wouldn't be able to have photos I would have traveled with my strap on camera made for such things. Additionally the staff did make us feel slightly rushed at the end of the zipline despite it being cold and slow so there really wasn’t a crowd or line leading to needing to rush us. All and all I would still choose to do it again but would make some changes to make sure we could remember the moment.

While the staff was wonderful, the experience lacked organization and was incredibly short. First you zipline BESIDE the falls, not to it. Second, even if you order ahead, check in ahead and do the waiver ahead, you still end up waiting in a long line to check in. The ride itself os slow moving and the ride time is very short. For the price, a photo should be included, but wasn't. A video was offered for $30. Not worth it.

The experience was memorable. Definitely would recommend adding the zip by Niagara Falls as a plus. The personnel working there were fabulous.

The staff was very helpful & welcoming. One nice man helped me secure my GoPro onto the helmet to make sure I captured the moment. Equipment felt safe & secure and we saw them testing the lines for safety before the day started - so we felt confident that it was solid. The experience was fun. You get to zip along side the falls, so it was a great way to see it from another perspective.

I was scared at first but when I start to ,fly, on the zip line it felt so amazing and the view when i looked a bit more to the left was incredible.
