We carried our luggage for a long time before we got there without much guidance beforehand . Room was cute breakfast was nice but could have better services for guests such as luggage pickup with communication prior to arrival . "

The room is clean and the staff is friendly, the location is about 25 min walk to the city of Positano or you can take a bus or an overpriced taxi to town. "Well, my husband said he would live in our room forever. The view was magical. The location was perfect - so easy to walk into town. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Directions to the hotel from the ferry/bus: walk toward the arched pedestrian crosswalk that takes you into town, but don’t cross the street into town. Turn left at the crosswalk, walk through the tunnel and it’s the first door on the left! Super easy!"

"Had a nice apartment perfectly located near the beach and restaurants. Staff were great and very friendly. Pool was very cold though but you have the beach nearby. Charming and comfortable in town center
"Wonderful hotel in the middle of everything you'd like to see in Positano. Easy walk to the beach, bus stop, many restaurants. Lovely room with beautiful tile floors, a comfortable bed, and private balcony. We spent a week and were very happy. The staff was super helpful and kind, and the hotel makes it easy to navigate Italy as an American because they speak English and can answer any questions and help with planning your day. The breakfast every morning had many choices and was in a beautiful open air dining room. Highly recommend."
