"We booked a room for 2 adults 1 child but, on checking in , discovered the room had only been made up for 2. However, Holly (the lovely lass on reception), was exceptional in getting this sorted. It really is a joy to find someone who goes the extra mile to own and sort a problem (especially when it was not one of her making)."

"The staff were very caring, kind and considerate. They were breath fresh air. There were areas of the estate that could do with some work but overall, it was very good. The grounds were beautiful to hold, and the food was very good. The room was good but the beds was a little uncomfortable and the pillows flat. It would’ve been nice if there was a minibar but none of these spoiled our time there. We would come again. thank you for making our time there special."
