"Lovely, cosy bach. Well equipped kitchen. The separate outside bedrooms gave every one space and privacy. The lake was beautiful to look at and swim in. A really peaceful retreat."

"Overall very enjoyable and only hitch no gas for the BBQ, but felt maintenance had been let slip, lights in one bathroom didn't work, clothes dryer door latch broken, main doors to deck unable to be used, outdoor chair broken, coffee milk-frother agitator missing, broken tile in laundry floor, all minor other than the deck doors and could/should have been repaired before our stay."

"We had good time at the house. The house is located very bear to the city in a calm area. The house was very tidy and neat. Sone basic essential supplies were filled in for usage. Only issue i found was operating the tv, i think the batteries of one of the remote was flat. Otherwise we would definitely recommend Anyone especially for a large family as it has ample space for parking and stay"

"We had a lovely 2-night stay at Manawa on Kawaha this February. Even with the overcast weather, the views were great. Our contact at InnList was very responsive to all of our inquiries. We were surprised to find out that air conditioning is only available on the lower level. Fortunately, this wasn't an issue since the temperature drops significantly in the evenings, so we were always comfortable upstairs. The kitchen has most supplies you will need. It would be helpful if they provided...

"The property was cute and cosy. Pam and Neville are lovely and welcoming. The scenery is beautiful as is the bush track/walk nearby. "

"The property was conveniently located for all of our plans in and around Rotorua. Unfortunately, the AC broke right before our stay, which was not communicated to us. We had to contact the owner because we were unable to turn the AC on, which was when we found out it was broken. In addition, the parking situation was tricky - either a VERY tight driveway, or a big dropoff to a gravel spot. Not great when driving a rental car!"

"We had a great couple of nights here with our two teen boys and dog. It's a fabulous house - lots of space, good kitchen, secure storage for the bikes and fully fenced for the dog. V handy to the redwoods and the spa was lovely. Would gladly stay again."
