"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Our view was the pitch, room clean, couldn’t open window for seagulls trying to get in, Blackpool is a dump I won’t be rushing back "

"Clean hotel though left sign on door to be cleaned in morning it wasn't very few presence of staff apart from breakfast which was excellent,,had noisy neighbours next door they had t.v on until 3am we did vent our frustration to no avail no staff to complain to just a phone number on which we decided to not stay a second night not that anyone would have noticed overall poor room for improvement"

Entertainment of night was good and loads friendly ppl a lot calmer hotel than being up on main part were a lot busier 1 mile to the fair which why we came for . "
