"It was quick and clean "

"It’s a cheap room and really close to the airport. Right next door to the services that have most of what you need. Excellent shower. Had an issue with the room we were given but the staff were very helpful and moved us straight away. Would definately stay there again."

"Very close to A127 which is handy but it can also be noisy though not the Hotel's fault.Very close to large Retail Park (Pipps Hill) which is useful for food. Guests need to be reminded of the need not to slam doors at any time particularly at night, slightly annoying that parents allow their children to run around in the dining area. O therwise accomodation suitable for my needs. "

"Included breakfast was great. Fast and tasty. Evening meal came in a timely manner. Was tasty and affordable. Could only access hotel internet on their unsecured network because of proximity of airport. My own provider had no service. A bit of a challenge finding shuttle bus. But now we know, will be way easier another time. "

"On return to the hotel on which would have been our 3rd night stay, we found the hotel in darkness apart from emergency lighting and torches. Apparently there was a power outage in the local area including the hotel. The reception staff being very professional explained the situation and gave us the choice of staying with no electricity or move on to another hotel which has been organised by the hotel. We decided to go to the other hotel, nearly 10 miles away. These things happen, situations...
