"It was about 10 minutes walk to the Yodoyabashi metro (linked to Osaka station from airport) which was quite a walk with luggages. Appreciated the free water bottles from the reception."

"View from our room was nice, PJs were comfortable and supplied but the hotel spa was not included in room rate and was extra, which was disappointing. The actual public bath is still quite good. Facilities were solid but no option for breakfast in nearby area, dinner okay. Rooms are a bit dated and a little small otherwise okay. It's connected to station so walking through to hotel was easy and close which was good."

"Hotel location is approximately 15min walk to Osaka Station making it very walkable. We stayed in a Premium Room which provides access to Club Lounge on 24th floor and ability to access this for light breakfasts, afternoon tea, and light dinner as well as complimentary wine/beer from 6pm-8pm. While the premium room was slightly smaller than expected access to the Club Lounge made it worth it. The hotel also has a small pool. "Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming and assisted me very quickly (they even grabbed my luggage for me)! I speak very minimal Japanese, but they spoke enough English for an easy check in process. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Location is easy to find from the airport terminal and there are a good amount of dining options. "

"I stayed 2 weeks here. It was very convenient of anything. 2 mins walk from Yodoyabashi metro station and property has Japanese onsen ♨️ (communal hot bath), sauna @ B1 which is bonus on this property. I stayed 15th floor room was cleaned but no view. There are many restaurants and bars, convenient stores near by. It is center of city. I will go back to stay this hotel. Highly recommended. "

"Corner twin room-big windows-great view but not much space for luggage and to move around beds. Loved the deep tub/shower, massage chair. Front Desk & housekeeping staff was exceptional. Entrance of hotel on same floor as shinkansen entrance in train station. Easy walk within station to lots of dining, shopping & two 7-11's.! Gotta get the omusubi's Nothing much outside of the station so you'll need to catch a train to department stores & popular tourist spots but the trains run every 5-10 min...
