"By far the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! We had a gorgeous view and it’s insanely convenient to access USJ! If you have a family especially with younger kids this is the best place because you can rest in the middle of the day without missing much. The breakfast was tasty, we loved the crepe machine and fresh squeezed orange juice. We loved the robes, slippers, and PJS for provided. All the staff was so friendly and made our trip a delight. "Upon arrival, the front desk staff was very welcoming and assisted me very quickly (they even grabbed my luggage for me)! I speak very minimal Japanese, but they spoke enough English for an easy check in process. The room was very clean and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Location is easy to find from the airport terminal and there are a good amount of dining options. "

"View from our room was nice, PJs were comfortable and supplied but the hotel spa was not included in room rate and was extra, which was disappointing. The actual public bath is still quite good. Facilities were solid but no option for breakfast in nearby area, dinner okay. Rooms are a bit dated and a little small otherwise okay. It's connected to station so walking through to hotel was easy and close which was good."
