"Brilliant stay, check in was quick and smooth. Show to our rooms which were clean and spacious with large king bed. Staff were excellent during the stay and even did us a meal which wasn't on the recently updated menu. Breakfast freshly cooked and again adapted the choice for my colleague. "

"Hotel was very clean & pleasant,room was clean & tidy, however info stated that room would be ready from 15:00, we were delayed by traffic & booked in at 16:25 to be told that room was not ready. We went for a drink in the bar & receptionist said she would phone when ready. As we were attending a function from 14:00-18:00 3 miles away we waited until 17:25 but room was still not ready. "The room size was brilliant, the staff everywhere were helpful and kind, the breakfast was delicious, just overall a great stay. Only changes i'd make is the TV relys on wifi so is very limited, and there was no vegan bacon/sausage for breakfast which would be nice as an option. I couldnt praise the staff highly enough for their customer service."
