"Overall good property for my family. Rooms were very spacious, 4 had a 2 bedroom suite. Some little things need updating, such caulking along window sills, and window curtains / need to be replaced due to holes that let the light in. I shared this feedback with the front desk who offered me a new room. I declined but wanted to let them know so they can prepare the room better for the next guest. Overall, would stay again."

"I called ahead to ensure the front desk knew we would be arriving around midnight. I sure was glad that I did because the clerk told me that if 3rd party bookings aren't registered before midnight, they will sell that room! What a shocker! I told them that we are relying on the GO train from Toronto after our performance so we will be late and I asked the clerk to make a note of it on our profile. "Nice hotel! Staff was great, rooms were very clean! Rooms facing highway are noisy though. Try to avoid these rooms… I did not. "

"Close to the waterfront and all downtown amenities. Staff friendly and welcoming. Cleanliness of room was an issue, however the linens and towels were fresh and the bathroom clean. Paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom which was aesthetically unpleasant. "
