"It was my first time staying at a capsule hotel. It was more or less what I expected. The hotel is very clean and well-run, and it is reasonably priced. "Merits: Property was very close to the Hakata train station. Shopping areas and restaurants were all walking distance. The convenience stores were right outside the hotel. Demerits: What was disappointing was our request for an extra hour to check out was denied despite us staying for 7 nights. We tried to dine in the hotel restaurant and wanted a certain table but we were being forced to take another table that we didn't like. But I would say the plus points outweighed the not so good...
