"The room was clean and comfortable and we had an amazing view over the downs. Checking and out was quick and easy. The only downside was the soundproofing on the room door and the windows which wasn’t great. Some heavy curtains and a new room door would really help. "

"This was a great stay. Car park is small, but I did get a space. I stayed in the ground floor room, which was large and spacious, comfortable bed. The only thing missing was a chair to sit at the table/desk at. Staff friendly. Car park did not come at an additional cost (there are other places in Horley which add on a car park charge). I was up early the next day for work, so was not woken by the washing machine? above me (but others might have been)."

"It was a great place for the money and extremely clean but unfortunately the bedding let it down, 1 pillow that was very small and thin and the top sheet was also small so it didn’t stay on you once you moved about. "

"Due to Covid and having to self isolate for 14 days on our arrival back to Canada, We decided in April to cancel the two rooms booked. We corresponded with Expedia and through them were advised that we would not be refunded. As we did not stay at the hotel we can’t really review. But we were disappointed that they did not even offer a partial refund - given the circumstances "
