"My second visit in a short space of time, and this was definitely the better of the two. While the rooms are generally pretty small they're clean and comfortable and it doesn't take long for this hotel to start to feel like an old friend. The soap dispensers remain maddening though. "

"We stayed one night before a 9am Eurostar. The room was quiet and relaxing with comfortable beds and a well designed bathroom. Storage was good and electrical points everywhere. The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in. The spa experience was a little mixed. It felt very busy in the pool area and was noisy so wasn’t actually pleasant to relax in...

"Perfect location for a tourist in The room was well equipped, clean and secure. When we visit London again, this is where we will stay. When we arrived very early for check in, they stored our bags. The bags were in our room when we returned in the afternoon."
