"B&B in nice quiet street with free parking. Excellent bus/train connection to London Victoria, total travel time approx. 45 min. The owner of the B&B is very helpful. The only item that could be improved: Breakfast variety was small. Nevertheless, we can strongly recommand this B&B."

"Just needed a quiet place to rest for a night after a busy day at a sports event in Tottenham. Bay Tree House was the perfect haven, with lovely views over Arnos Park. The hosts were welcoming and warm, and the breakfast was more than expected - freshly cooked and plenty of items to choose from. We drove, but the house is near a tube station for convenient access into London locations. Would definitely stay here again."

"A lovely place to stay right next to Greenwich market. 2 mins walk from the Cutty Sark and from the Uber water taxi which goes to the O2 or main Thames stops up the river. The room was nice, the shower room was a nice size. But the only down side was there was no where that said you have to go into the pub to check in! So not sure how it would work if you turned up after pub shuts. Also, we were in a rush to get to the O2 but spent loads of wasted time trying to find no 7 Admiral Hardy and...

"The service was great..had a lovely breakfast and a nice comfortable sleep. It was a lovely touch with the coffee machine and mini fridge with a free beer. But please change or clean that awful chair in the room. It looks like someone has met their end on it! "

"This B&B is located in Belgravia which is great. Overall its a very nice place to stay if you dont need a lot of luxuries. Its pretty basic but the breakfast is very good and the people are very nice and helpful. Getting in the first time is a bit tricky so be sure to let them know you're on the way so you can get instructions."

"The OYO London Guest House was a great option for my overnight business trip to London. My single room was pretty small, but absolutely fine. Everything was spotlessly clean, and in good condition. It looks like the photos on the website. The shower was very good. The reception staff were pleasant, and pretty efficient, and the wifi worked well. The guest house is in a good location for the Elizabeth Line (Acton Main Line station - just 5 mins by foot) and I could reach my morning appointment...

"I stayed in the Love & Peace cottage. I initially was only staying a few days, but resulted in staying 3 weeks due to my father's health. Pat, the owner, was so welcoming and then so accommodating with the uncertainty of my length of stay. Going through a rollercoaster of emotions, Pat always made sure I was ok. "Great location for a gig at the Troxy. Although we were concerned about the shared toilet and shower facilities having read previous feedback it was no problem at all. Staff all really friendly and helpful. Sadly we didn’t have time to have a meal but all the food we saw looked great."

"Last minute stay for a trip to Stockley Park. Easy to find the property on the main road, parking at the front was simple. I was upgraded from a single to double (family room possibly) and was very pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable, shower was spacious with decent water pressure. Decent TV, there was an in room fridge too. Cooked breakfast made to order was good too. Can’t fault it at the price, and will stay there again"

"I was a little worried about staying here after some of the previous reviews but we had, overall, a very pleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and attended to any issues kindly and readily (our kettle tray stopped working at one point for example). The breakfast was very nice- the fry up was good and you can help yourself to whatever else. Coffee not so great. Hotel needs updating admittedly but it was all we needed for an affordable family trip to London when we were out most of the day. "

They seem to have perfected the aparthotel model and it suited us perfectly - someone’s there if you need them but otherwise you’re free to come and go at your own schedule without worrying about housekeeping knocking on your door.
