"Lovely stay, greeted by the owner Paul who gave us an immediate upgrade to the family suite which included a mezzanine that the kids loved. They could escape up there and have privacy and comfort. The building was a renovated listed property and decor was justice to the history of the build. "Great location and the public spaces are great. Rooms are beginning to get a little tired, particularly in the bathroom where fixtures and fittings were broken. Staff friendly, although some bar staff don't seem to know what they are doing which is a shame. It's one of my favourite hotel spaces in Liverpool, but at its price point it could be better. Note that the automated email sent through Expedia contains the post code to the hotel not the car park as stipulated. "
