"Booked as attending a business meeting at ACC, which is next door, so very convenient. Clean but starting to look quite tired in areas. Loved the shower pressure, not so much the actual bathroom as I found it too dark for my taste. Comfortable bed but some of the most uncomfortable pillows I've come across in a long while, the memory foam way too firm and the feather ones for which I had high hopes, way too big/overstuffed. Surprised to find there was no coffee machine in the room, just some...

"Comfortable stay and nice environment "

"There was a problem in the room, but the staff got it sorted straight away. Within 10 minutes we were in a different room and starting a brilliant stay. The staff were excellent! It felt like nothing was too much trouble."

"Stop being pretentious and serve pints in the bar and not damned “schooners”. I don’t want a “schooner” I want a pint. Why management dictates this I have no idea. I would have stayed here many more times over the past years because of this. Otherwise excellent. Great breakfast nice room, good location. Would have been 5 stars but for this bit of management dictated nonsense. "

"Very friendly welcome at reception and keeping with the Liner theme we were on Deck 4. Very quite despite overlooking Lime Street station. Centrally situated for shopping and the Albert docks. "

"First time in Liverpool and Aloft made my stay really memorable! Location is really convenient and not far from the train station, staff were incredibly friendly upon arrival, facilities overall super clean. Would highly recommend if ever you’re in Liverpool! "

"We are usually premier inn customers but this time the Hilton was cheaper to stay. We were seeing Eric Clapton at Liverpool and we are local but decided to make a weekend of it. Hotel was lovely but just felt everything was a bit stingee. Cups In room were tiny and one milk each, one tea bag each. Chairs in room weren’t comfy and no fridge. Not enough staff on. Quite pricy at the bar. Overall nice place to stay x "

"Enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great, my Husband was particularly pleased to see no mushrooms, as he is allergic to them. No risk of cross contamination worries. 10/10 Everything was clean, and housekeeping very efficient. A small stain on the carpet and signs of wear and tear stiff sliding doors on wardrobe. Mattress a, little soft, but that's personal preference. Nothing that would stop us coming back."
