"We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful."

"Staff was responsive to help find my lost item after checkout. Very comfy bed, 2 toilets for convenience. Nice breakfast with a fair range of choice. Cleaning staff was really nice, too. However, the view of our room is not nice. Needs more sockets, especially near the bed. Should equip 4 of each items (cups, spoons...) for Family room. And a water dispenser, even shared one, would be more eco-friendly than bottled ones. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but some convenience...

"This hotel is in a great spot - close to everything and two lovely pools that we could always find a sunlounger at. It's in need of quite a bit of TLC as it's getting older. For a five star hotel I would have expected slightly better service/facilities. For example the clean towels we got in our room were quite stained, there were tiles that needed replacing in both pools etc. The room we were in had a lovely view off the balcony of the ocean/sunset however as it was facing the road it was...
