"We loved our stay at Araña Suite. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, allowing us to keep our bikes in the lobby for a couple days. Our room was clean and comfortable and the hotel pool was lovely to relax at in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our room each morning. The hotel is in a great location to walk to the nearby busier places but set back from the Main Street so still quiet and peaceful."

"Spacious, brightly lit, natural light, clean, polite staff. Would be good if they provided hair conditioner. The front desk said they do provide but twice i asked and they did not give. The shampoo and shower gel were good. Many fluffy towels... made the stay pleasant. Breakfast was good except the tea wasn't hot on all 3 days. "

"Staff was responsive to help find my lost item after checkout. Very comfy bed, 2 toilets for convenience. Nice breakfast with a fair range of choice. Cleaning staff was really nice, too. However, the view of our room is not nice. Needs more sockets, especially near the bed. Should equip 4 of each items (cups, spoons...) for Family room. And a water dispenser, even shared one, would be more eco-friendly than bottled ones. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance but some convenience...

"I needed a short day stay due to a long connecting flight. This hotel has gone down hill since it's first opened. The location on Sunset Rd is quite convenient, but room is tired looking. Good value if you're willing to compromise on the comfort."

"My sister and i stay at this hotel every year ,its inproving all the time. This time had lots more chairs around the pool areas which was fabulos. The only suggestion i have this time round is they dont surply hand towels in the bathroom and when i asked for them they said only the premium rooms have them ,well we always book the deluxe lagoon pool view so i guessing thats not premium enough. In saying that is a great hotel in a great location . Thankyou so much for our stay see you next year."

"it was meticously clean. the staff were so wonderful. just a few issues the "fully equipped kitchen" not so much 1 dented small pot and 2 scratched up frying pans could do breakfast for sure and a sandwich for lunch. planned on doing some dinners not really possible. no oven no bbq and 2 propane burners for cooking. the coffee maker is a kettle and instant coffee. the extensive choice of dvd's doesnt exsist. ordered room service once did not do it again.not very good maybe off night for the...
