"This is a beautifully maintained hotel with really pleasant and helpful staff. Expensive yes - but you are in the heart of London within walking distance of restaurants, theatres and main attractions. Victoria Station is just steps around the corner so really easy to get around the city. Our room was lovely and had a towel heating rack. The in-house restaurants were very good. Highly recommend it!"
