"Place is very vintage and beautiful. Had a nice window to show the street of Longbeach. Since it is a very old house, they included portable a/c which can be noisy but works great. Floors are creaky. Great spot to be close to places but street parking is competitive, especially on cleaning days. Make sure to look for street signs for them because I didn't see any and got a ticket. Communication with host was great the night before our arrival since we asked to check in early but not the best the...

So many nice touches like being able to check in early with our two small kids, snacks set out on arrival and nice amenities to use while there. "My family of four, which included two alomst not teenagers anymore, really enjoyed our stay. We were out most of the time but when we did have down time it was quiet and relaxing. The neighborhood was friendly with people walking their dogs and families headed to school in the morning. It is very close to downtown and easy to get in and out of."

"We had the opportunity to stay at Marbella Lane - Grand 2BR w/ Beach & Ocean Views, Excellent location, incredible views from the ninth floor room nine o six, and being on the corner of the building allows you to see in several directions. Very spacious rooms, everything very organized and modern. Communication with the host was excellent. I RECOMMEND IT! The only recommendation I have is that the instructions on the entrance to the building, virtual key and parking should be sent separately...
