Air con was broken for 2.5 (of 4) days which meant we didn’t really sleep because we had to have the door open onto a very noisy road. Hotel removed resort fees because of this but we didn’t feel that was sufficient. Breakfast staff were rude and food wasn’t good. Pool area is nice but pools very small. Fitness centre looked good."
