In the end, I still got their free shuttle, which is fast and often, and runs at the departures level of all terminals - distances here are large anyway. Air con was broken for 2.5 (of 4) days which meant we didn’t really sleep because we had to have the door open onto a very noisy road. Hotel removed resort fees because of this but we didn’t feel that was sufficient. Breakfast staff were rude and food wasn’t good. Pool area is nice but pools very small. Fitness centre looked good."

"The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels.
