"Room was very clean and well kept, and a good size. Bathroom nice. Air con was broken for 2.5 (of 4) days which meant we didn’t really sleep because we had to have the door open onto a very noisy road. Hotel removed resort fees because of this but we didn’t feel that was sufficient. Breakfast staff were rude and food wasn’t good. Pool area is nice but pools very small. Fitness centre looked good."

"My friends and I went to West Hollywood for a night to check out the area. The Beverly terrace hotel was great. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were beautiful. Lots of shops and restaurants to walk to close by as well. I would stay here again."

"The hotel was in the process of finishing up the remodeling of the rooms on the first floor. One elevator was not working for the first day and the working elevator was very slow. The hotel was in the process of changing the floor levels. Floor 1 was changed to floor 2, floor 2 to floor 3 etc. They posted some signs, but it was still very confusing and at one point our room key did not work.
