"The overall stay was great and met our family's needs for 2 nights, however upon check in, they could not locate my reservation although I did have a confirmation. There was an issue between the hotel and Hotels.com with my booking. After 30 min, they were able to resolve. Staff was friendly and apologetic. Complimentaty breakfast was nice and convenient, but food could have been a touch better/fresher, but overall gets the job done. Would stay here again!"
