"The location is great, walkable to everything. We loved the pool area. The hotel was nicely updated and very clean. The valet service was convenient. The only reason we didn't give it a 5 star rating was that our room was unremarkable and our view was not amazing. That said, our room was modern and clean and totally adequate."

"The staff were great, esp valet! Everyone was friendly, helpful & kind. We stayed on the 13th floor below the rooftop pool & it was so quiet in our room. Loved the view. The rooftop pool was great, including the bar, even though we did bring a toddler to the pool & no one said anything that’s clearly not the vibe. The cafe downstairs had an amazing ‘spicy chai’ tea with pistachio milk. I loved it. Overall this was somewhere I’d stay again. "

"This is the place to stay in Hollywood. Great atmosphere! Walking distance to so many attractions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved that it was attached to the beautiful Ovation shopping center. There’s not a free breakfast, but they have very good restaurants. And make sure to check out the street vendors on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. They’ll have all kinds of fresh fruit and delicious hot dogs with all the trimmings. We will definitely be staying there again. "
