"Our first trip to Boston. I had no idea what hotel to choose. Harborside Inn was an excellent choice. The staff was intelligent and polite. The hotel is clean. Super clean. It is located in the heart of the downtown which made it within walking distance to nearly everything we wanted to do. "Property is at great location with plenty of places to walk and eat nearby. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was decent but and little firm. My only complaint is for around $500 a night for a room I wouldn’t have expected a room with a portable AC unit in it with cardboard duck taped to the window for the air vent. On a positive not the AC was doing its jobs and maintaining a cool temperature. "
