"We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area. "Everything was great, except the included shuttle to the airport had a limit to when they ran. My flight was earlier than available, so I had to get a $43 Uber across the road. The hotel itself was really clean, our room was spacious and the staff helpful. "

"Doors to room slam hard and loud. Other people staying at the hotel didn’t care to gently shut their doors, so doors slammed in the middle of the night. Rooms were fairly clean, but both rooms we had the bathroom walls had something on them. No hot tub and pool was really cold. Otherwise was a decent stay for the price."

PTAC air conditioner filters filthy ( I washed the filters in the sink). Refrigerator ice maker broke. Ice bin cracked on bottom."
