"They property was very clean and very well equipped . it is It is on the small side but has everything needed for short stay. The shower is lovely and everywhere was very clean. The biggest benefit is being so close to the river and the beautiful walks around the river. The town had lots of good restaurants and lovely shops."

"The property had a few drawbacks during our 4-day stay in Scotland. While the overall experience was generally positive, there were a few areas that could use improvement: The beds were not very comfortable. They were two separate single beds pushed together rather than a proper double/queen bed. This caused the beds to shift and separate during the night, disrupting sleep. Additionally, the beds were at slightly different heights, which was awkward. Sound insulation from the ceiling was poor....

"Advertised as car parking on site, this is not true. Staircase to property is poorly lit and a fall hazard. TV had no aerial. Lounge curtains don’t fit window and room is overlooked. Master bedroom curtains are completely see through and room is overlooked so cannot get undressed unless you’re happy to be seen! Boiler was broken, showing as having an internal electrical fault. My first night it was 5c in the property and I had to go to bed fully dressed with a massive coat on but still had no...

"From the outside, a very traditional old building with a close, high on a hilly road with a bunch of steps. Indoors beautifully modernized, very spacious rooms, all mod cons, including washer dryer. Well worth the climb, and views of the town and surrounding hills spectacular. I only regret we stayed but one night."
