"Excellent! Great communication from Richard. Phone call to check we were happy with the entry instructions. Everything was left for us to access the property with our emailed instructions. The apartment had a great location, easy walk into town but in a quiet street so away from the noise. Not far from the castle and park also. The apartment was spotlessly clean with lovely towels and bedding. We were very impressed and will definitely recommend it to others and will come back to stay...

"Apartment is great. The biggest issue is this - map app shows hotel is 2 mins walk from Waverley station. It didn’t tell us that you would have to climb 4 levels of stairs to get from train station street level to North Bridge Rd. Not good for those with big luggage. Take a taxi. Apartment building said access to unit eighteen (and some others) is only available via stairs (one and half flights). You can actually take the elevator to level one and walk down half flight (easy for luggage). ...

"I had 3 times check-ins & outs to this hotel as i loved it as apartment hotel, like home, equipped with washing machine which I needed it most as my travel time was long and I couldn’t carry enough clothings. Cooking was also needed as it could save me money. Hotel allowed to store my luggage there while I travelled to other cities. Location was not far from city centre, you could take bus on Camden Road, especially No. 29, or take underground thru Caledonia Station. I had stayed in...

"Spacious, modern, and clean. Very convenient location though parking is a 5 minutes walk at a parking garage that is super tight for larger cars. Expect noise until late at night since it is in the cavern quarters."

"The apartment was quite central and only a 5 mins walk into the office. The place was clean and easy to access. The staff were amazing from the moment i booked the apartment to check out and a courtesy call after to make sure that they appreciate the booking. Definitely a place to stay again "

"Rooms were clean, modern and comfortable. Parking was a bit of a pain. You have to pick up a voucher for a discount, and we were unable to get to the office to do so. I’m not sure why they cannot provide an electronic voucher. "
