"I loved the Security, and I had a perfect compfy bed with Top Quality Bedding and clean Ensuite. It was So Quiet that I would have thought I was the only Guest but there were others. Room was as was expected small in size but cozy and heatpump was all I needed for a Good Nights Sleep. Watched TV in lovely big Lounge with heaps of Quality Seating. I was concerned about parking but found more at front side of building was fine rather than across the road."

"We had a one night stay at this motel. The room was very comfortable and warm. It was just a shame there was no kettle or tea and coffee in the room. A bit of a pain having to walk around to the shared kitchen every time you wanted a drink. There was ample free parking and the room was quiet. The motel was pretty much in the centre of town and very walkable to everywhere. "

"It was perfect for what we needed. The room was really homely and beautiful, the bathroom was nice, and it had nice touches with the jug and hot drinks. We loved it!"

"I was very happy with my stay here. Andrea was very welcoming and helpful. I stayed in a dorm room, but turned out I had it to myself, which was nice. The facilities seem to be purpose built for small share accommodation, with a large kitchen and dining room, and separate lounge space. Everything was spotlessly clean. It felt very tranquil - close enough to the highway to be convenient for those travelling by car, but far enough away to feel like you're staying on a farm away from the world. I...

"Nice place, has everything you need for a stay. In a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Very close to New World/ Countdown for food shops. Brett at reception was very friendly and welcoming. Comfy beds. Showers take a little while to heat up so it felt like I was wasting water but the hot water came through eventually. Would definitely recommend Duck & Drakes! "

"Just a weird quirk, but due to the layout of the building, there are no windows. It creates a weird feeling, especially in such a picturesque country with such nice air quality. "

"Absolutely loved our stay, host was super friendly and loved our 2 connecting rooms, had a spa bath in bathroom and our own private deck. The pool and spa pool were incredible and loved the sea views. Nice and clean, we will definitely be back. "

"Overall good stay. The house is very well laid out considering the size of it and has everything you need. It probably needs a spring clean as few cobwebs dusty sills etc if you're wanting something pristine, but all the day to day areas were tidy and clean making it very enjoyable. The birdsong in the morning is incredible and we'd come back and stay again."
